3. About Delivery:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will ship within 48 hours. For out-of-stock items, we will notify you via phone, WhatsApp, or WeChat. Customized products follow agreed timelines between both parties.
4. Express Logistics:
We use express delivery by default for small purchases. For larger orders, we use express or small logistics providers and bulk cargo logistics. Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely and convenient delivery.
Please note that our control does not extend to express and logistics services. Do not base evaluations on their service or delivery times.
5. About Signing:
Ensure to personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If signed by family members, friends, or doormen, it is considered signed by you. Inspect the items before signing.
If the merchandise is damaged in transit, file a claim or refuse to sign directly with the delivery personnel.
6. After-Sales Services:
Contact us within seven days of receipt for any product issues, and we will arrange for replacement. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
