We specialize in festival supplies, prioritizing cost-effectiveness. However, due to varying customer expectations, minor flaws may occur in mass-produced items. These will not affect usability. For serious quality issues, we offer timely solutions. If you cannot accept minor imperfections, please consider carefully before purchasing.
2. Color and Size Description:
Photo backgrounds, lighting, and monitor settings may cause color variations. This is not considered a quality issue. The actual product should be referenced. Hand-made items may have size discrepancies. Festival products are diverse and irregular; please choose carefully and consult customer service for any uncertainties.
3. About Delivery:
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (two days) of payment. If items are out of stock, we will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or WeChat. Not all products are listed online; for specific needs, please note accordingly. Customized products will adhere to agreed timelines.
4. Express Logistics:
For small purchases, express delivery is the default; larger items use express or small logistics providers. For bulk cargo, coordinate with customer service to arrange timely and convenient pick-up.
Please note that express and logistics services are beyond our control; their service attitudes and delivery times should not affect your evaluation of us.
5. About Signing:
Ensure to sign for deliveries in person. Signatures by family members, friends, or doormen will be considered as received by you. Check the goods on the spot before signing.
If goods are damaged during transit, please verify, claim, or refuse to sign directly with the delivery personnel.
6. After-Sales Service:
Contact us within seven days of receipt for any product issues. We will provide replacement or exchange services. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Products with no quality issues cannot be returned or replaced. Buyer’s subjective reasons, such as dissatisfaction or differences in perception, do not qualify for returns.
For bulk orders from online sellers and offline wholesale customers, we offer replacement services for quality issues. Unsold products, however, do not qualify for returns as they are not considered store quality problems.
