Seasonal products may have minor flaws due to mass production, which generally do not affect usage. Should there be severe quality issues, we will promptly resolve them. If minor imperfections are a concern, please carefully consider your purchase.
2. Color and Size Description:
Color discrepancies can occur due to photography, lighting, and monitor settings. These are not considered quality issues. The actual product prevails. Since items are handmade, slight size deviations are normal. Given the diversity of festival products, please review size and details carefully. If unsure, consult customer service.
3. Delivery Information:
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone or messaging apps. Custom orders will follow the agreed timeline.
4. Shipping Logistics:
Small orders are shipped via standard express delivery. Larger orders use express or small logistics providers. Bulk shipments require coordination with customer service for convenient pickup locations.
Note that we do not control express or logistics services. Their service quality and delivery times should not impact our evaluation.
5. Signing for Delivery:
Please ensure to sign for your delivery in person. Signatures from family, friends, or doormen are considered valid. Always inspect the goods before signing.
If goods are damaged during transit, claim or refuse the package directly with the delivery personnel.
6. After-Sales Service:
Contact us within seven days of receipt for any product issues. We will respond with replacement options. No claims are accepted after this period.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues. Personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction or unmet expectations, are not valid reasons for returns.
For bulk purchases, we offer replacements for defective items only. Unsold inventory or non-quality issues are not eligible for returns. Buyers should assess product sales accordingly.
